RULES

1.       General provisions:

The purchase-sales rules (hereinafter – “the Rules”) is a legally binding document, defining the reciprocal rights, duties and responsibilities between a Customer (hereinafter – “the Customer”) and a Seller (hereinafter – “the Seller”), as the Customer buys products at an online store (hereinafter – “the Online store”).

 

2.      The moment of conclusion of Purchase-Sales Agreement:

2.1.   The Agreement between the Customer and the Seller is deemed to be concluded at the moment the Customer forms a list of products at the Online store, enters the delivery address, chooses the method of payment, gets familiar with the rules of Seller and presses the “Order” button.

2.2.  The Agreement becomes valid once the Seller receives Customer's payment for the goods within 3 (three) days after the submission of order and remains valid until the products are fully delivered.

 

3.      Rights of the Customer:

3.1.  The Customer has the right to buy at an Online store in accordance with the rules and procedures of an Online store specified herein.

3.2.  The Customer has the right to renounce the Purchase-Sales Agreement at an Online store, except in cases when the Agreement is concluded:

3.2.1.     regarding the participation in the games or lotteries.

3.2.2.     in other circumstances, when Purchase-Sales Agreement cannot be renounced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

4.      The Customer undertakes:

4.1.  The Customer shall pay within 3 (three) business days from the submission of order and accept the goods, unless otherwise specified.

4.2.  If data specified in the Customer's registration form changes, the Customer shall immediately update it.

4.3.  The Customer using an Online store agrees with the following Purchase-Sales rules and undertakes to follow them.

 

5.      Rights of the Seller

5.1.   If the Customer tries to affect the performance or stable functioning of an Online store, the Seller restrict or suspend the Customer's ability to use an Online store without prior notice or to delete Customer's registration in exceptional cases.

5.2.  In the event of relevant circumstances, the Seller can temporarily or permanently terminate the activity of an Online store without giving prior notice to the Customer.

5.3.  The Seller can unilaterally change terms and conditions of these rules.

 

6.      The Seller undertakes:

6.1.  To provide all the conditions for the Customer to use services provided at an Online store.

6.2.  To deliver goods ordered by the Customer using the address and delivery method specified by the Customer during the agreed period of delivery.

 

6.3.  In the event of relevant circumstances, the Seller being unable to deliver the goods ordered by the Customer, undertakes to offer an equivalent product to the Customer. If the Customer refuses to accept the analogical product, the Seller undertakes to refund money paid by the Customer within 72 hours.

 

7.      Delivery of goods:

7.1.  The Seller undertakes to deliver goods using the delivery method chosen by the Customer.

7.2.  During the moment of product collection, the Customer shall make sure that the packaging is intact.

7.2.1.     If the product was damaged, the Customer shall inform the Seller about it within 24 hours.

7.2.2.     Otherwise, it is considered that product was delivered intact.

 

8.      Return of goods

8.1.  According to "The rules of the return and exchange of goods" approved by the order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, if the Customer is not completely satisfied with the form, size, colour, model or content, he/she cannot exchange or return high-quality tights, socks or similar products.

8.2.  If the product is faulty, the Seller undertakes to accept the faulty product and replace a faulty product for a similar product. If the Seller does not have a similar product, he/she shall refund money for the Customer.

 

9.      Responsibility:

9.1.  The Customer is fully responsible for the correctness of data provided in the registration form. If the Customer fails to provide the accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the related consequences.

9.2.  The Customer is responsible for actions, performed using an Online store.

9.3.  The Customer is responsible for the transfer of identification code to the third parties. If third parties use the identification code of the Customer, the Customer is responsible for the actions performed by third party.

 

10.    Sending of information.

10.1.   The Seller shall send all the messages to the e-mail provided in the registration form of the Customer.

10.2.   After the delivery method of POST24 is selected, information about parcel delivery to POST24 terminals will be send to the phone number provided in the registration form of the Customer.

10.3.   The Customer shall send all the messages and questions using the measures provided in "Contacts" section of an Online store.

 

11.    Protection of personal data:

11.1.Any information related to personal data is subject to the Seller's policy of personal data, which is recommended by an appropriate legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and which is performed according to the recommendations of State Data Protection Inspectorate.

11.2.   The Seller does not transfer (unless in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania) the Customer's personal data to third parties, except the persons contributing to the execution of order, to whom the data is necessary for the successful execution of the order (e.g. post courier).

 

12.    Final provisions

12.1.   Any dissemination of information related to an Online store without a written Seller's consent is prohibited.

12.2.   The law of the Republic of Lithuania is applied to the rules specified herein.

12.3.   All disputes arising from the execution of these rules shall be settled by negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute is solved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
